Permanence is the Product

The Pride Wall is a permanent monument. When you claim a brick, it goes live on the wall the moment payment is confirmed — visible to the world, linked to you, forever. That permanence is not a side effect of your purchase. It is your purchase.

Because of this, all purchases are final. Once your brick is live on the wall, it is yours permanently and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or reversed.

What You Are Buying

Your purchase secures a specific, permanent location on the Pride Wall — a 1,000,640-brick public monument for the LGBTQ+ community. You choose the bricks, design the art, set a link, and leave a message. The moment payment completes:

• Your brick goes live on the wall immediately
• Your design, link, and message are locked in place
• The space is yours, permanently — no renewal, no expiry
• The artwork and placement can never be changed or removed

Pricing

Each brick costs $11 USD. The total price of a unit is simply the number of bricks you select multiplied by the per-brick price — no hidden fees, no subscriptions, no recurring charges.

Pricing is set by us and may increase over time as the wall fills and demand grows. The price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay, and your purchase is never affected by later price changes.

5-Minute Edit Window

After payment, you have a 5-minute window to update your link URL and message. This is your only opportunity to make changes. After this window closes, all details are permanently locked. The brick art itself is locked immediately upon payment and cannot be changed at any time.

EU & UK Consumer Rights

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers normally have a right to cancel digital purchases within 14 days (“right of withdrawal”). However, this right does not apply when both of the following conditions are met at the point of purchase:

• You are clearly informed that performance begins immediately upon payment, and
• You give your express consent to waive your right of withdrawal

By completing your purchase on The Pride Wall, you confirm that you understand the digital product (permanent wall space) is delivered and performance begins the moment payment is confirmed, and you expressly consent to waive any applicable right of withdrawal. This confirmation is presented at the checkout step.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. For questions about your payment, receipt, or transaction, you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/buyers.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove brick content that violates our Terms of Service (for example, hate speech or illegal content). In such cases, the brick space will be cleared and made available again, and no compensation will be provided. This is the only circumstance under which a placed brick may be removed.
